4. Quotes & Orders

• • Prices may vary based on currency fluctuations, shipping costs, and customs duties
• • Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply as specified per product

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. We accept payments via bank transfer (SWIFT), letters of credit, and other mutually agreed methods. All invoices are issued under our GST registration and include applicable taxes.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to 60+ countries via sea, air, and land freight. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, and other factors beyond our control. Incoterms are specified per shipment.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of international export transactions, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be filed within 7 days of receipt. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 30 business days.
